Ypiac Bish

Ypiac Bish is a tall, maybe a human, woman with unkempt blonde hair and black dress. She is the Grand admiral of the Empire of Axius and commands all seaborne assets in the Empire.

History

There is very little information available on her history. The late Ygrid, storm giant seeress was closest to her, but after the demise of the seeress there is not much that can be gleaned. She seems to be in the business for the money and power, more than any higher sense of purpose.
