This is a page for the material of the Interstellar wars campaigns that are run in Ropecon (and maybe in other cons as well) Under construction still, please check back after end of June 2025.

Setting

After the disastrous crash of the 2030-ies mankind has made some recovery.

Rules

Rules are an amalgamation of Powered by Apocalypse and Traveller. simply put, roll 2d6, add attribute and skill, if you have one. Results are 1-6 Fail, 7-10 success at cost and 11+ astouinding success.

Part one - Destiny in stars

The year is 2098, Earth has recovered from the crash of the 2030-ies and is now reaching for the stars. The invention of grav-drive opened the space up but stars were still too far away. Now the United Nations Space Coordination Agency has developed a jump-drive capable of an interstellar journey. As the Starleaper one prepares for its maiden voyage to Barnard's star, Ziru Sirka, the ancient grand empire of the stars lies waiting.
